Through her research and writing, Bonolo amplifies the lived experiences of African women in leadership. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Critical Diversity Literacy, focusing on the journeys of Black women executives in corporate South Africa. Her writing bridges scholarship and storytelling — blending evidence-based insights with human-centered narratives — to challenge systems, shift perspectives, and inspire transformation.
